It is District Tri’s mission to encourage, inspire and support individuals in their quest to reach multi-sport goals. District Tri is unique because it brings awareness of the sport to the greater Washington, DC minority community. Each week, our members are provided a structured program focused on improving their swim, bike and running technique.
District Triathlon offers several coaching packages to meet your individual needs. Training programs are available for triathlon (from sprint to Ironman), swimming and running (5k to marathon).
Our run program includes track, trail and road training as well as clinics. Workouts are member led and posted on the calendar for all paces and distances.

Throughout the year members post and lead their own workouts. It’s a great way to learn new routes and ride in a group. Rides are posted on the calendar for all levels and speeds.
